Executive Gold

Executive Gold is a 6-month programme tailored around the requirements of the client/coachee.  It is face-to-face and comprises

  • Initial meeting to establish the best coaching match
  • 2.5 hr Design, discovery and goal-setting session
  • 2.5 hr coaching session every 4 weeks
  • 2.5 hr final session approximately 6 months from starting coaching to review and plan for future.

Between coaching sessions

  • Opportunities for communication for accountability purposes, and if crises arise
  • ‘Homework’ tasks agreed between client and coach
  • Journaling by client for self-reflection
  • Preparation for the next coaching session in order to get a focus

 

Executive Silver

Executive Silver is a 6-month programme tailored around the requirements of the client/coachee.  It is a combination of face-to-face and telephone coaching comprising

  • Initial meeting or telephone conversation to establish best coaching match
  • 2.5 hr Design, discovery and goal-setting session face-to-face
  • 6 x 1 hr telephone/Skype coaching sessions
  • 2.5 hr final session face-to-face, approximately 6 months from starting coaching to review and plan for future.

Between coaching sessions

  • Opportunities for communication for accountability purposes, and if crises arise
  • ‘Homework’ tasks agreed between client and coach
  • Journaling by client for self-reflection
  • Preparation for the next coaching session in order to get a focus

Executive Bronze

This service is ideal for new promotions and identified talent within the organisation.  It is a 3-4 month programme tailored to help these clients blossom and take the next step in their development.  It comprises

  • 2.5 hr Design, discovery and goal-setting session face-to-face
  • 3 x 1 hr telephone/Skype coaching sessions
  • 1.5 telephone/Skype final session to review progress and plan sustainable development in the future.

Between coaching session

  • opportunities for communication for accountability purposes and if crises arise

  • Journaling by client for self-reflection

Just in Time Coaching Service

This system provides organisations with the opportunity to provide a one-off coaching service to any employee.  It is suitable for those who have experienced Stillpoint’s Coaching previously, or where there is a specific one-off issue on which an individual would benefit from being coached.

By buying blocks of 4 hours, organisations can offer a rapid response, confidential and solution-focused coaching service to all employees.  A coaching session can be arranged within 24 hours from notification.

 

Develop a Coaching Approach (for managers and leaders)

Participation in Stillpoint’s Coaching for Conscious Leadership represents best value for money.  Not only do participants gain the personal insights learned through one-to-one coaching, they are also able to acquire professional coaching skills and bring them back to the workplace as an integrated part of their personal style.  

This programme is also available as an in-house service and is appropriate for organisations seeking to create a coaching culture in its leadership, an in-house coaching service or even simply ad hoc access to qualified coaches in-house.

 This training comprises

  • 6 days’ intensive training (3 two-day compulsory modules)
  • 6 hours of intermodular coaching and support
  • All course materials 

Between modules, participants are expected to

  • Practise their new-found skills by adjusting their personal managerial/ leadership style.
  • Log their experiences and regularly journal as part of their development as reflective practitioners
  • Undertake ‘homework’ tasks as agreed between participant and their own allocated coach.
